1.) When can we expect our orders?
Orders can be expected 2-3 working days after validation of payment.
2.) What are your operating hours?
Order taking from our website can be done 24/7! While processing of orders are done from Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.

4.) Do you deliver?
Deliveries are within Metro Manila & Luzon only
5.) Where do we pick up our orders?
Can be found on Google Maps/Waze under All Year Home Products, Inc.

6.) What are your return / exchange policies?
We can only accept exchanges for items missing upon delivery, wrong items delivered, items that are damaged upon receipt, or items with production related defects.
- All claims must be reported immediately upon receipt of delivery
- Take a photo of the item delivered with delivery receipt
- Items for replacement can only be exchanged for the same item.
- Items should be unused or undamaged

7.) Is it possible to change my order?
If your order has not been paid and processed, you may email allyearneedtissue@gmail.com to cancel and create a new order. However, once payment has been confirmed, changes will no longer be accepted.
8. Is there a cut-off time for orders? How long will it take for them to be ready?
We will be processing orders from Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cut-off time is 5pm daily. Please be aware that we need 2-3 days after verification of payment to prepare your orders.
